Constantin recruits recent graduates of top business schools and universities who have a clearly developed personality and the will to invest in ever-changing activities. If openness to the world and curiosity, an ability to analyze and synthesize, a taste for figures but also for personal contact and human relations are all qualities you have, you have what it takes to succeed at Constantin.


Your day-to-day activity
You will take part in assignments of a varying nature, in a great variety of sectors of activity. Each of our assignments will be performed by a different team into which you'll be integrated. You will be given a variety of jobs to do that will enrich your experience and enable you to acquire new skills. Your ability to manage your work, to take initiative and to offer solutions will enable you to quickly move towards new responsibilities.

You may also choose to specialize right from the beginning of your career in the field of asset management and work in a sector that is technically vast and highly specific.


Your prospects for career development
After having proven your skills as an Assistant, you will be promoted to Senior and will move towards a position of project manager. You will then be assigned to a team and perform new functions and responsibilities both from a technical and managerial standpoint.

You could be assigned to work regularly with various entities of Deloitte Group network in France or abroad.

Your training
Throughout your career development at Constantin you will take part in training seminars that will enable you to acquire new knowledge and build on the experience acquired in the field. We give great importance to training which allows each of us to constantly maintain our state-of-the-art expertise.
