Recruitment Process
For all of our candidates we require a resume and a cover letter presenting the candidate’s qualities and his or her professional expectations.
For assistants and project managers, the recruitment process consists of two interviews with technical directors of the firm and a technical test.
For experienced managers and top-level executives, depending on the organizational level, interviews are organized with the partner in charge of human resources, the partner and/or the immediate superior in charge of the department or the function concerned. One or more additional interviews may be organized with the firm’s managing partners. For these positions, recruitment firms may be used.
For intern and apprentice candidates, an interview is organized either with the manager of training and internship programs for our firm or with the technical managers.
