Constantin, one of the last major independent French audit and accounting firms, is a corporation with a Management Board and a Supervisory Board.

The Management Board, made up of five members, is responsible for implementing the strategies decided by the partners and for the firm’s operational development.

The Supervisory Board, comprised of three members, is a control body which ensures the proper functioning of the rules of corporate governance within the firm and fulfils a representational role in line with its mission.

This clear and transparent organization combines consensus, responsiveness and flexibility. It confirms the high degree of involvement of all of the firm's partners.
